I have been hearing a lot about these mbt shoes, I guess they are a new type of therapeutic shoe. I have not seen them yet in person I have only read about them online. I would like to go and see them in person but I have not had a chance to make it to the mall yet. I have talked with a couple of people who have tried them and they swear by them.

Man, my work life has just been crazy the last couple of days. I just feel like there is so much I need to do and I'm stressing out about it. I think that I might be able to relax a little this weekend since we will have some guests in from out of town. It would be great if I could just kick back and enjoy some good food and not have to worry about anything for a day or two.

All the new stuff I have been purchasing seems to need a micro sd card. I have cellphones that need them and one of the digital camera's I have uses them. Plus the TV that I want to get even has a micro sd reader in it. I'm going to need to stock up on a couple of cards. Between the two cards I have right now I have to take them out of one device to use it in another.

So this is what I'm going to make for dinner tonight. I could not think of anything that we have already made that I would want. I hope it turns out good. I'm thinking to add a little corn and maybe some lentils to give it a little more body.
Vegan Shepherd's Pie
- 4 large russet potatoes, diced
- 1/2 - 1 cup soymilk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water or vegetable stock
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1/2 pound (about 2 cups) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 15-ounce can chopped tomatoes
- 1 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Dice the potatoes and steam them until tender. Mash, adding enough soy milk to make them smooth and spreadable. Add salt to taste. Set aside.
In a large pot, heat the water or stock and cook the onions for 3 minutes. Add the pepper, carrots, and celery and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, then cover the pan and cook an additional 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Put the vegetables into a 9” x 13” baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

I have been looking at all kinds of life insurance quotes there are just so many options out there. It is just so hard to pick the one that would be the right fit. I have found that if I get all the things that I want and the dollar value that sounds comfortable then the price is more than I want to pay.
