I’m really glad that I have been monitoring my credit, With the latest news that over forty million credit card numbers were stolen and that they have charged 11 people in the theft of these credit card theft it just drives home the point that I need to sign up for lifelock. With the way that my finances are right now I cant really afford to have something like this happen to me. It would throw my life into turmoil I already have limited funds and if all the money I had access to was stolen it would just make life that much harder. The really bad part about this Global Ring of Thieves is that since they stole so many card not everyone that had their card stolen has been notified. And to top it all of the people that did this where hackers! It just makes me even more worried what if someone has a program installed on my computer that I don’t know about. Can they see my information? I just want to know that I’m safe and that my identity is safe. Before the day is over I will be getting Lifelock so I don’t have to worry about my credit, that way I can sleep easy an know that I’m protected.

I was listening to a T.a.T.u radio station on Pandora Radio, and this is one of the artists that came up. I have never heard them before, well at least not to the best of my knowledge. I have to say that it was the album artwork that grabbed my attention.
The message the artwork sends is Definitely the BEST OF! :)
I need to listen to the whole album to give my final impression but I liked the song Runaway that was on this album.

I was thinking of trying a diet pill in order to help me loose some weight. Since I still need to lower my weight. I was thinking of trying Leptitrex I have heard that it will help you loose a bunch of weight. I know that diet pills or not the total solution but I think if I change my food intact I might be able to drop the 30 pounds to reach my target weight.

I need to get something for my Niece and Nephew's since my parents would be able to give them some gifts when they head back home at the end of this month or the beginning of next month. I was thinking of getting them some baby clothes since little kids can never have to many clothes, since they are always spilling stuff and crawling around in the dirt and muck!

We are going to have to get some new luggage here in the next couple of weeks if we are going to be traveling. Our cat has been sleeping in all of our old carry own bags and the other bags we have are all falling apart. I was thinking of getting a Delsey carry on bag for when my fiancee goes to visit her sister. She needs something that she can pull behind her and not have to carry. So the wheels and the handle need to work. Unlike on our current bags.

I could really use a Bagel, I'm starving, kind of... I did not really have anything for dinner last night and just coffee this morning. With my lack of sleep I'm not feeling all that hungry. I'm on a confrence call right now, just sitting and waiting for everyone to join the call and I'm thinkning it would be nice to be munching on something. I think once this call is over I'm going to take my 15 min break and run and get something to eat.

I was looking up some information on taxes since I keep giving the Federal Government / IRS an interest free loan every year. I would really like to keep that money and not have to pay taxes at the end of the year, so I have been trying to find out how I can break even. Unfortunately I have not been able to find a bunch of information on that. I did how ever find a site called 1031exchangealliance.com and they have a bunch of information on a 1031 exchange explained program. The basics of a 1031 exchange is: “In a typical transaction, the property owner is taxed on any gain realized from the sale. However, through a Section 1031 Exchange, the tax on the gain is deferred until some future date.” So if you are selling a house (which I might be doing in another 6 to 8 months) I would be able to keep the profit from that sale and not pay taxes on it. That would be nice since I would be able to defer the tax bill to a profitable year or a year with a huge loss so I would break even on my tax bill. So find out more information at 1031exchangealliance.com don’t pay more in taxes than you have to.

I keep not getting to bed early enought to feel awake and alive in the morning. I'm looking forward to sleeping in a little this weekend I think I need it. I dont know why I feel so drained but I still have things to do and places to go, and I just dont feel ready to do any of those things. Maybe after a nice long nap I will feel good. Might try to get one of those in on my lunch break.
