I'm so happy we had meat tonight. Not red meat but some organic chicken. After having salads it was a nice change. I ended up making my special chicken with rice and some vegi's. I dont know what to make for the rest of the week I'm sure some of it is going to be salad and that is not something to look forward to. I'm going to try and get some soup or something. Since it is going to be really hot this weekend in the 90's they say it would nice to have a cold soup or something like that. Not sure what I will have to google some recipes either that or have have tuna.
