schumacher homes is a customer home builder out east. I have been looking around for some floor plans to have an idea of what is out there for when I buy my next home. Schumacher has some really nice options available. They have some single story homes that have 2,900 square feet that is a lot of room. They have one house that I would love to have it?s the Augusta C (4376 Square Feet) starting at $374,500. For that amount of money in Vancouver Washington you get about 2500 square feet and its on two levels and your lot is just a little bit bigger than the house. I would love to have a home that over 4000 square feet and a yard. I would have plenty of room to get a dog. :)
