I think the company that I work for should uses a training management software or something to make sure that everyone has the same training. I don?t know what they use right now but I have heard from other employees that they have not been to a training class or that they would like to go to a class in order to be up to date with all the rules and tools that they need in order to do there job at the top of there game. ?There is a website called conductit.com and they seem to have a bunch of different training tracking programs. Maybe I should send something to HR and see what they think.
