I?m going to be doing a bunch of shopping tonight after I get off work for the BBQ that is taking place tomorrow. It looks like I will be heading over to Gartner?s meats to get some boneless marinated short ribs (they are the best) plus I will be getting a Flat Iron Steak. The Flat Iron is going to be split between the Yucatan rub and some chimichurri because that stuff is just AWSOME!
