    I'm going to be running today and I don?t know what I was dreaming about last night but when I woke up this morning my legs where just killing me. I don?t know what I'm doing when I'm sleeping, maybe running for a bear or something, maybe I?m being too stiff or something but we had two days off from running and when I was walking on the stairs this morning my legs felt like they were being rubbed with hot coals! I hope after I run this evening they stop hurting so much.
